我們先來(lai)說說什(shen)么是高壓(ya)電力電纜連接頭。
高壓電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)連接(jie)頭(tou)是用于電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)自(zi)身的連接(jie),有連接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)、絕緣中間接(jie)頭(tou),對充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)及鋼管電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)還(huan)有塞止(zhi)式接(jie)頭(tou)等。
1.普通連接頭
它用于連接兩根相鄰電力電纜。
在高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線路中(zhong)(zhong),直(zhi)通接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)除(chu)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)纜(lan)芯導(dao)體保(bao)證(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)通外(wai),對自容式充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)保(bao)持線芯中(zhong)(zhong)油(you)流暢(chang)通。但因連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)是在現場手(shou)工(gong)(gong)操作,其(qi)(qi)工(gong)(gong)藝條件差。因而在線芯連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)采用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)接(jie)條件下(xia),對線芯連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)處(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場集中(zhong)(zhong)問題的處(chu)理,通過增加絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)厚度(du),以此(ci)降低(di)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)工(gong)(gong)作場強(qiang)來確保(bao)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)的安全運行。通常是在高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)面(mian)繞(rao)(rao)包(bao)增繞(rao)(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),增繞(rao)(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的兩端(duan)形成錐(zhui)形面(mian)應(ying)力(li)錐(zhui)。在增繞(rao)(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)面(mian)繞(rao)(rao)包(bao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)屏(ping)蔽,將兩端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)屏(ping)蔽相連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian),而其(qi)(qi)外(wai)面(mian)有(you)一外(wai)亮鋼管把絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與大氣(qi)(qi)隔絕,這(zhe)樣即可承(cheng)受充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的油(you)壓(ya)(ya)。
2.絕緣接頭
絕緣接頭內絕緣結(jie)構和尺寸與普(pu)通(tong)接頭相同。110 ~ 220kV充(chong)油電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣接頭,主要(yao)用于大(da)長度電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線路中,使接頭兩端電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的金(jin)屬護套(tao)或金(jin)屬屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)及半導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)在電(dian)(dian)氣上(shang)斷開,以便交叉互連,減少護層(ceng)(或屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)〉損耗。
3.塞止式接頭
塞止式接頭是(shi)充油電(dian)力電(dian)纜附件電(dian)性能(neng)薄弱的環節,也(ye)是(shi)結構(gou)復雜的接頭。它主(zhu)要用于落差大于規(gui)定值(zhi)的黠性浸漬紙絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)力電(dian)纜線路中(zhong),截斷油路,防止電(dian)力電(dian)纜絕(jue)(jue)緣干(gan)枯、低端電(dian)力電(dian)纜絕(jue)(jue)緣油壓超(chao)過規(gui)定值(zhi)。
110kV單室式塞止中間接頭(tou),通常用一(yi)個(ge)環氧樹(shu)脂(zhi)套管將兩根(gen)高壓電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜的(de)油流分開。
220kV雙(shuang)室(shi)式(shi)塞(sai)止中間接(jie)頭,用(yong)兩(liang)(liang)個環氧樹脂套管將兩(liang)(liang)根電力(li)電纜的油(you)流分(fen)開,在兩(liang)(liang)段電力(li)電纜的塞(sai)止管上(shang)面有(you)(you)一外腔,兩(liang)(liang)個含有(you)(you)電力(li)電纜的內腔及一個外腔油(you)流相通(tong),呈兩(liang)(liang)道密封結構。
4.鋼(gang)管充油(you)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)接(jie)頭
銅管(guan)充油電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜接頭(tou)有普通連接接頭(tou)和(he)半塞止接頭(tou)兩(liang)種。
普通連接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(tou),用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)制(zhi)造長(chang)度連接(jie)(jie),它(ta)(ta)的內絕緣(yuan)結(jie)構一般與(yu)自容(rong)式充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)相間,其外殼是一個直徑稍大于電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)管(guan)道的銅管(guan)。半塞止接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(tou),用(yong)于較長(chang)的鋼管(guan)充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)線路。它(ta)(ta)是為避免(mian)一旦發生漏(lou)油(you)事故造成大量電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)袖的流(liu)失而設計的接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(tou),用(yong)來分(fen)(fen)隔供油(you)區段,使兩(liang)區段的油(you)經(jing)過電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕緣(yuan)層或旁路管(guan)流(liu)通。在(zai)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的鋼管(guan)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)鋼管(guan)連接(jie)(jie)處,采用(yong)密封(feng)結(jie)構把(ba)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)油(you)路分(fen)(fen)開(kai)。
